My family once had a cat named oreo. That cat was my arch nemesis. I can't tell you the hours and days we plotted against each other. Eventually I won (with the help of a rubber band gun and some gumption) and we had to give it up. I won the battle that day, but the war between cats and mankind rages on.
at leat you had an eccentric hobby. that's cats' character for better or worse. but at least they have some! (unlike dogs, some people and some fine arts students)
well if it's confession time i might admit that my problem with dogs might be due to the childhood trauma of family holidays with my aunt and her two monstrous sausages on for legs that barked no end at everything that moved including each other.
as for art students i'm in an art college and except the ones that are my good friends all of them are boring. full-stop.

Admittedly, I am partial to the canine species. As a child, my mother was pulled out of the path of a speeding vehicle by a german shepherd.
I'll agree with you about the art students though. (Just the fine art snobs, us graphics people freaking kick butt)
